Return Window
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it if there is an issue.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging. Items that have been used or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.
Processing Fees
A deduction of 1000 PKR will apply to all returns to cover processing and handling costs.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We require photographic evidence or proof of the damage or defect in order to authorize a return for a damaged item.
